
SHIIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Methods
● Shipping is currently only available nationwide in New Zealand.
● We offer shipping through Go Sweet Spot to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchased products.
● Shipping is a flat rate fee nationwide for urban areas. Rates may vary based on location for rural or isolated areas.
● We do not ship to any PO Boxes.
ProcessingTime
● Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation. ● Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the delivery destination:
○ Nationwide Urban: 1-3 business days
○ Nationwide Rural: 3-5 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
Tracking Information
Onceyourorder has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact us at rhys@rmnutrition if you would like to organise an international order. Be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Shipping Information
● Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
● If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at rhys@rmnutrition.co.nz immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Faulty or Damaged Product Upon Arrival
● If the product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at rhys@rmnutrtion.co.nz within 3 days of receiving the package.
● You may be asked to provide photos of the damage, and we may arrange for the return of the product at our expense.
● Once the damage is confirmed, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
