RMN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the sale of products (RM Nutrition Coaching Services & Dietary Supplements).By accessing or using this website and purchasing any products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.

Eligibility

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

● You are at least 18 years old.

● You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

● The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

Orders & Payment

● Orders are placed online via our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

● We accept payments via all major credit cards. (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)

● All prices listed on the website are in$NZD (New Zealand Dollar) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes where applicable.

● Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Product Information

● We make every effort to accurately display the product details and provide accurate information regarding its usage and benefits.

● RM Nutrition dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare provider before taking any dietary supplement.

● We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

a. Returns

● Weoffer a 7day return policy for unused and unopened products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rhys@rmnutrition.co.nz

● Products must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged (see below).

b. Damaged or Faulty Products

● Ifyour product arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund (shipping not included). Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting our customer service team at rhys@rmnutrition.co.nz

● Wemayrequire you to provide photos of the damaged or faulty product, and in some cases, we may ask you to return the product at our expense.

● If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will either replace it free of charge or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

c. Refunds

● Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days..

● Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use our products or website.
